Client Privacy Policy:

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only teachers and staff at North London Yoga Centre (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information and your data is never stored on a local drive.  Your client and billing data is stored remotely in the MindBody application which has the highest level of PCI Certification for Data Security.  All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings see below for details. Rest assured that North London Yoga Centre will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation. You will remain a client at our Centre unless you ask us to deactivate your account. You may receive the following communication from us which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Please Note changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Newsletters:

These are sent out occasionally we will not bombard you with emails! This has details of workshops, retreats, holiday opening hours, class changes or special offers. To unsubscribe click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any newsletter if you do not want to receive these.  This will permanently unsubscribe you and to re subscribe you will need to log in to your
MindBody account and tick the box for newsletters. Please Note changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

System Generated Emails:

There are 3 types of system notifications in your client profile which you can opt in or out and choose whether you receive them by email or text. You will always receive a receipt for any purchases from our site.

1.  Account Management – System generated contracts or autopay (not used at present but may be in the future)
2.  Reminders & Schedule Changes – System generated confirmation of bookings, reminders, class cancellations, anniversary message
3. Newsletters & Promotions – We will not bombard you with emails!
Ticking this box will mean that you receive our occasional newsletters.

To change notification settings log in to your client profile online:

  • Go to availaplen.com and click the Book button
  • Click on “My Account” to Log in to your profile
  • Go to “Account Info” and scroll down to see your settings
  • Please Note changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Personal emails from teachers at the centre:

You may occasionally receive a personal email from a teacher or staff at the centre e.g. if there is an issue with payment, last minute cancellation or if you have left something behind after class.  Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted and we will remove your email address.
